Friendly, communicative and efficient service.

We've been with Admiral for car insurance for just over 2 years and have found them very easy to deal with. Online account is easy to access and changes or updates to policy are easy to undertake, with transparent pricing. Never failed to make contact with them when necessary, either via phone or online chat, which seems incredible compared to other services. Friendly and helpful staff have always assisted. Great service

Easy, straight-forward service. Calls were always arranged for my convenience, and sales were never pushed. I felt listened to and the best options were suggested. I was also given time to reflect and evaluate my options, with no pressure to make quick decisions. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great, efficient service.
