Watch for small print

They promised to beat my insurance renewal by at least £25 and did but they wanted written proof of premiums once the insurance had started something that they hid in the small print. I explained that I didn’t have the written information as it was through a broker and they phoned it to me. They then tried to nearly double my premiums and then cancel the policy as apparently payment had failed after they had already taken payment. No customer service so I cancelled it and returned to my existing insurance broker. Reviewed on: 12th August 2021
