Recent visit to the Chepstow branch.

Went into the Chepstow branch and as usual they were very helpful. We had various things to do with both our accounts, and we thought we may need to make an appointment for one of the jobs. Turned out we could do the job there & then, over the counter......Very positive result! Reviewed on: 6th August 2025

Review of the Caravan and Motorhome Club, Caravan Cover:

A little more expensive but worth every penny.

We have had insurance from the Club for a few years now, and have fortunately never had to use it, however, from the number of people we have heard of who have not been as lucky as us we feel it is money well spent. We would not scrimp on our caravan, or on the sites we visit, so why should we try to save a little money on the insurance cover and get an inferior product. This insurance is covering one of the few things we own which is giving us continued pleasure, and we hope it will do so for the next few years with the backing of such reliable insurance cover.
