First class experience

When I telephoned first response I was nervous as I never had car finance before,the gentleman on the phone put me at ease was very patient with me,and made me feel very comfortable, the process was straightforward, things that I didn’t quite understand was explained fully to me, I was kept updated throughout the process, Once I had chosen my car I telephone first response and they confirmed my purchase, very happy with the entire process and experience I had with this company and would recommend and use again Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
