Going the extra mile

First Response finance from day one has gone over and above for me. Ensure the car was safe and road worthy, when there was a bit of concerns they dealt with it, their staff are always friendly and understanding. They go out their way to accommodate and have gone above and beyond to reach out to their customers during the pandemic to check they were okay and could afford payments. I would highly recommend this company, they are the first finance company I have dealt with where staff listen and understand every customer situation. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
