Fantastic Customer Care

For my first car I’ve ever bought I had to finance, it was a Mondeo 2010. The quotation I did online was super fast and easy to understand, then as all the paper work was going through I had made a few mistakes, I was asked to call and their team guided me through every mistake I had made in a polite, respectful and professional manner, great customer care, I left the phone call feeling safe and happy! 10/10 Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
