It's a con!

Completely Waste of my time. I was written to and constantly hounded to utilise the "no deposit" £10k acceptance they had given me. It was only after I had driven 50 miles to a dealership, that I was informed that they would only lend the trade value of the vehicle and so I would have to stump up nearly £3k as deposit! they claimed the dealer was over charging, but when I got back and checked another 5 vehicles from other dealers, I had the same problem with them again and again. They insist you buy your car from a dealer which makes obvious sense, but if they are only going to lend the strict trade price of the vehicle, how will the finance ever be a "no deposit" deal, as no car dealer is going to sell a vehicle at a loss? Totally irresponsible to claim their finance acceptances are strictly no deposit and unconditional. when I queried the deposit issue with a member of their staff, they agreed, that I would never be able to finance a car through them without a hefty deposit. Staff are terrible as well. Rude, don't seem to know what is going on. for the rates they are trying to charge people, they have more than enough security in the vehicles they are financing. I really wouldn't waste my time with them.. Reviewed on: 21st April 2016
