Excellent customer service

I honestly cannot fault first response finance, excellent customer service and really take care of there customers, i had abit of unluck with the first car i purchased and first response sorted out returning the vehicle and even payed for the recovery truck to get the car back to the dealership. I then found another car and explained that i would like to stay with them as i had a good experience with them so they then matched the rates offered at the new cars dealership so im a very happy customer.
