A bit hairy in the beginning but all worked out in the end!

Initially I was told my son's bike was not covered even though it was stolen because it wasn't locked the reason for this is that he was standing with it and it was taken from under him! I argued this and they agreed to take the case to the underwriters for their decision and fortunately for us they agreed to replace his bike! His previous bike was only 4 months old and the 2nd one to be stolen so we were delighted as we didn't have insurance for the first one! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2017
