Review of the First Response Finance, Car Finance:

Brilliant company

I purchased my first car through this company and they was fantastic! Everything ran smoothly and the company didn’t delay a second of the transaction. Unfortunately in my experience the car I purchased wasn’t the best and the dealership I went through also wasn’t the best. After 2 years of putting a lot of money and work into the purchased car I found myself in a position of cutting my losses with the car. Worrying how I would afford to pay off my finance and get anything close to what my car was worth on top of purchases a new one. I rang to see what my settlement fee would be and was made aware I could actually refinance and get a new car, I was at least to say amazed!! So I looked around and found the car I wanted. After contacting the dealership for them to say they didn’t work with my finance company. I then spoke to first response who assured me they would work around the dealership and made my dream car possible. The company was amazing, they resolved any problem that occurred (with the car dealer) with just one phone call to them. They was always one step ahead of the sale process and I couldn’t of asked for better from them! So I’m now on my second car with them and not only do I recommend them to everyone I know and speak so highly of them. I would also never look elsewhere for refinancing and will return to them anytime I need. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with was brilliant, polite, communicative and couldn’t of been any better.
