When you telephone their call centre, not only is it in the UK (!) but the staff are incredibly helpful and do their utmost to sort out your problem. There is no passing you on to someone else and leaving you hanging on the line for ages. Reviewed on: 10th February 2018

An above average bank until you need to contact them by phone. Appalling call centre service staffed by people who have only a limited grasp of English, and have no experience of a UK bank Reviewed on: 21st April 2016
