Review of the Close Brothers Savings, Savings:

Account closed but no interest paid.

I recently gave notice to close a 95 day savings account and duly received my money back into my bank account however I failed to notice that no interest had been paid for some weeks. After telephoning, I was assured I would receive the interest within a few days however weeks later I was forced to again ask for my interest and to make a complaint. I subsequently received my interest however did not get any further interest on this interest. Clearly I will not be using this company again. Reviewed on: 29th March 2022
