A very pleasant phone call

I was not looking forward to this call. I've been putting it off and I was dreading the lengthy questions. However, the first gentleman who contacted me (Cameron M) was very patient with me and understanding. He called back at times that suited me and when I missed a call, he called back completely understanding the hectic life of have two young children around that sometimes we don't get to the phone in time. Cameron then put me through to Brendan L. This gentleman managed to make life insurance fun?!?! He was up beat, professional and kind. He remained calm and patient when I either didn't hear clearly (due to line disconnections) or I wanted to change my choices. I was able to easily understand him and he clearly explained my options and the terms. All in all, i came away happy with the service i received and the life insurance that i now have. :) Reviewed on: 17th August 2021
