Always helpful and paid my claims without issue.

My 2 dogs were insure with pet plan, longest 11 years. When Charlie needed surgery, an MRI scan, a biopsy on a lump in his spine. And emergency vet visits this was all covered. Their web chat helped with any concerns and queries. Likewise their helpful guides have helped me train my new puppy and given me lots of advice about things I had forgotten.
