Zopa credit card

Had a zopa card for a few years now and have used it for all sorts of things. I've saved the card on my phone and watch. it's so convenient it being contactless. Used it abroad many times and don't get charged a fee. The app is so easy to use as well to view your balance and make payments. Can easily view your pin through the app also if you ever forget it. Payplan, took away the stress and worry about my debt, great from day 1

They have been great from day one. I spoke to them about my debt and how it was getting on top of me. I was looking at ways to help reduce my debt. I told them what I owed and my outgoings and they set on setting me up with a debt management plan. They went through all the pros and cons about the plan and how long it will last to clear my debts. I set one up for a few months, but I was still getting letters from the companies I owed money to. I still had the stress and worry and thinking I might have people knocking on my door asking for the debt to be repaid. I didn't want this and it would have took me over 10 years to clear all my debt. I didn't want this. So I looked into getting into an IVA. It's not ideal and it would damage my credit score more than a debt management plan would. But I thought my credit file is already no good at this point, and the thought of an IVA lasting only 5 years and then the rest of me debt being written off was the right path to go down. Plus I wouldn't get any more hassle of the people I owed money to. They swapped over my account from a debt management plan to a IVA without any hassle. They went over everything in full detail over the phone and I couldn't of been more happier to set one up. I am stress free now and don't worry about my debt anymore. All thanks to payplan. I recently told them that I was being furloughed quite a lot over the last month due to covid and part shortages at my workplace and that my pay wasn't as good as it should have been. I also told them that my car needed some repairs doing and 4 new tyres on. I asked them if I could take a payment break for a few months and just pay the minimum amount I could afford to pay untill my wages were back to normal. They said no problem and that they would just add the difference at the end of the plan. It has been a great help. I would highly recommend them to a any of my family or friends. I can enjoy life again and knowing that in a few years time I will be debt free and I can start from scratch again to build my credit report back up. Thank you payplan.
