Simply amazing customer service

Like many people (I suspect) I was putting off life insurance; having lost 2 family members to Covid in the past 8 months gave me the push to get this sorted. Again my mind was plagued by the thought of rogue traders and scammers; I did look around for a company that at least looked reputable and found ProtectLine; I have to say they have surpassed my expectations many fold; the service and follow up from Lewis initially was fantastic; they called me when they said they would and sent documents as discussed. My wife took out a policy too and again the experience and service was amazing. They keep in touch with us too; not just at the point of sale, the trustee follow up has been great too. Insurance products are predicated on fear and risk; if something does happen to me I have every confidence that the trustees of my policy will have an easy task to work with ProtectLine; my children will be taken care of and there won't be any undue stress. I hope we don't need to use the policy but if we do there is no one i would rather be with. Thanks Guys, you deserve to win this. Reviewed on: 20th August 2021
