Life-savers. Don't delay in asking them for help.

I found out about stepchange when I was in a very difficult situation struggling with debts. From the very first call until this day (it's been quite a few years) they made me feel less worried and are always kind and helpful. They've taken charge so I don't need to deal with the stressful letters and calls anymore. I can focus on my poor health instead. They've been life-savers I cannot recommend them more strongly. Lifesavers!!

One of the best decisions I ever made was to contact Stepchange to help with managing my debt as I was getting deeper in trouble and stress. It's been years since I started my plan and they continue to always be helpful and kind throughout my personally difficult journey (having debt and then ill health hits that makes it even more harrowing).
