Avoid avoid. Unprofessional management team

Avoid avoid..wrong information and they just drag you. Delay process and very slow and unprofessional. Whole management teams need to be changed. 4 different mortgage amount with 4 different manager in 2 months. They don't even trust each other. Rubbish bank. Took us 2 months and disappointed. At the end we moved to barclays and all process done with less rate interest in only 1 week. Please avoid this bank. I wish I could rate them minus. So stressful and made me mentally ill.
