Understanding the needs of today's caravaners

We purchased our first ever caravan last year and needed to insure the caravan. We decided to join the club and whilst on the phone to them it was discussed about the benefits of having insurance and other options avaialable. There was no pressure just genuine advice even telling us that we could find it cheaper else where so we were under no obligation to buy our insurance from the club. What we like was the understanding and knowledge of the people on the phone, they helped us sort out the added equipment as we had under estimated the values. They gave us the confidence to purchase new equipment for our caravan knowing the insurance would cover it and we would have no worries in the event of the worst happening.
