Great service

My puppy was tested for allergies by our vet. My vet handled the claim directly, which was great and meant I didn’t have to fill in any forms. A few days later I received a text message telling me that they had my claim and were looking into it, a few days after they notified me that they had processed my claim in full. Compared to other insurers I’ve had in the past, Petplan stand out as one of the best! Reviewed on: 25th August 2021
