Fabulous all round peace of mind

We had an electrical fault which resulted in total loss of power in the van on the way to catch the ferry. We rang the club and spoke to a very helpful and friendly call centre who reassured us to carry on with our holiday as they would definitely be able to help us. We were called back when the ferry docked by an engineer who said they could arrange help to come to us but luckily he managed to talk my husband through the problem to fix it. It is very reassuring to know that abroad you have the back up of the Caravan and Motorhome club's, what we feel is, very comprehensive insurance. Reviewed on: 24th August 2017
