An Amazing Company!

Klarna has helped me to be able to afford so many things I have needed (and sometimes just wanted), that without spreading the cost, I would not be able to afford outright. About 8 months into the pandemic I was unfortunately made redundant and have not been able to find employment since, because of this I fell into financial hardship and struggled to pay my monthly payments. After contacting Klarna, letting them know that I was struggling, they were so amazingly understanding, never have they charged for late payments, they always help by offering extensions or pauses on your payment plans, every single person I have had a conversation with at Klarna has been so kind, understanding and helpful, I always tell others about Klarna and always will, one of THE best companies I have ever come across.
