Quick fix before deadlines

I was completing my coursework for my end of year exams and spilt a coffee (about my 3rd for the day!) all over my MacBook. I phoned Endsleigh in a panic as I was short on time and the person on the phone was very good at calming me and talking me through my options. The claim was approved that same day and I had a replacement laptop the next day whilst they took mine for repair! It was great and I had my fixed laptop back as good as new two days later.
