Review of the Cycleplan, Bicycle insurance:

A professional customer oriented company which is rare in this day and age.

My foster child had his bike stolen from him at knife point. The fact Cycleplan swiftly dealt with the insurance payout allowed our foster child to get back on a new bike and put the ordeal behind him. As said customer service is paramount for any company to be successful and regardless of the cost of service this separates the good companies from bad. Good luck to all at Cycleplan and I am confident the assessors will take these comments positively and award Cycleplan the award it deserves. Reviewed on: 24th August 2017
