Fantastic rates, even better service

We had a loan offer from a high street bank and decided to make a comparison with credit union. Delighted we did as the difference was unbelievable. Fair interest, friendly service

As a first time buyer, we expected to pay a higher interest rate so were pleasantly surprised with our offer from Barclays. The mortgage process was completely straight forward and all completed quickly. I had to call to change our bank details and the customer service agent was extremely helpful and polite.
