The initial claim was easy to print off give to the vet to fill in and send off. I didn’t realise they don’t pay the full amount of a hospitalisation, even just one night, only a percentage. My claim still hasn’t been settled because the vet sent the invoice and documents requested in an emailed file that was not compatible. No one told us this until the vet had to chase up the claim on my behalf twice. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2021
