Do not bother with Santander

I am an existing mortgage customer with Santander, switched over from another bank. I regret the decision so much! Currently on the phone still waiting to be connected. The first time I called, it just disconnected after 15 minutes randomly, my second call-in took another 15 minutes for someone to pick up and the person who answered was so abrasive, eventually got through to someone else who was more pleasant to deal with but couldn't help me. Asked to call me back, within 3 days, and as usual no direct line to call my mortgage advisor. Just really bad service, I expect more and cannot wait to change banks. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2021
