Helpful understanding and very friendly staff

We have been dealing with very different company before who charged for their services then we came across StepChange or the CCCS used to be called charity organisation didn't charge for the help and services they provide. The helpful and friendly staff have always put my mind at rest and because of them we are paying slightly more to our creditors then we would have with the other company that was taking a cut of the payments.
