Fantastic service

I’d spent years struggling, and feeling ashamed because I was struggling, and I eventually reached breaking point. That’s when I turned to Step Change for help and I wish I’d done it sooner. They have been incredibly supportive, everyone that I’ve spoken to has treated me like a decent human being, my mental health has improved and I can now see light at the end of the tunnel.
