Non judgemental, understanding, approachable

The moment I finally contacted Stepchange was an epiphany. The months of stress and worry vanished. They were non judgemental, understanding and so approachable. They took the time to listen and the advise me on how to rectify my debt problem. They are so supportive and helpful as a whole and the staff are patience,friendly and knowledgeable.
