Lifesavers

Just as the title says, lifesavers, this is exactly what step change are, my debts and personal life were in such a state that I contemplated suicide so much so that I had to attend counselling for over a year , debt of course was just a percentage of my problems but this amazing charity took over all my debts and took the stress away of all the constant letters through the post and gave me a semblance of peace of mind back, I am eternally grateful to them, I am not out of the woods yet, I still have lots to pay off but thanks to step change the worrying is a lot less than what it was, the staff are so friendly, extremely helpful and it's not difficult to recommend them to anybody who finds themselves in the position I was, they may have quite literally kept me alive.
