Humanitarian Financial services

I'm approaching 40 and to this date I've never spent 2 hours on the phone to any company answering questions, I have to say it was worth every minute Having gotten into a situation where my credit limit was exceeding 60K across 4 credit cards I thought I must be doing something right to get such an excellent credit score. However things changed once the pandemic hit I found my back right against the wall and the very people begging me to take more credit became my worst nightmare as I could no longer afford to pay the minimum monthly amount to each credit provider, on top of that interest payments meant no progress was being made in reducing the overall balance. Step Change focused on my mental health and took a realistic approach to what affordability really meant, they took over each of my credit accounts and squeezed it into one manageable payment with 0% interest, I've honoured this payment to date. Cannot recommend their services enough to those who have run into genuine problems and have dependants.
