Lifesaver

My experience using Stepchange service has been very positive. I don’t know what I would have done to resolve my debt problem if I had not received the timely help and support I was given. They are kind, polite, professional and nonjudgmental. StepChange staff are always ready to help, always have the right information and make me feel at ease every time I’m in contact with the service.
