I cannot thank you enough for helping me when I needed most. That was the time when you feel that there is no way out. Your organisation and people that work there are most amazing people with a good heart. You are changing people’s life. You are showing people ( families, olders , young ) don’t give up , there is way out of this situation. Amazing!!!

I just can’t tell you how much Step Change has helped me . When I thought there was no way out, I contacted them , thinking they just going to be like the rest . Your Debt your problem, deal with it. . They were everything that I have not imagined. Helpful, kind , understanding, like people that were close to you. Everything they said that they will do, they did more than that. You have given me light in my life and so many other people. Thank you , Thank you and Thank you. .
