I was desperate, actually suicidal.

I was desperate, actually suicidal. I couldn't believe i could be helped. Stepchange allowed me to have a night's sleep for the first time in years. I only wish I'd found them sooner. You made me realise I wasn't the only one in such a mess. Actually, there were many people in a much worse state than me. I will never be able to thank you enough. I was terrified making the call, but I had to. I wouldn't be here now if it wasn't for your help. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Pick up the phone ......you won't regret it.

I was desperate & scared when I rang Stepchange.I had red bills all over the place & didn't know where to start. They made me realise that I could survive with their help. I was suicidal. Reviewed on: 1st May 2024
