I contacted step change about 5 years ago with around 20K worth of debt. A plan was devised which allowed me to live and pay off debts. Debts now down to around 9K Each review is made simple for me and each year I pay a small increase. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

Thanks for putting my debt into perspective

I contacted Step change when I was desperate and my debt was being added to because of the interest creditors were applying and with their help understood that debt can catch up with anyone. The fear of opening letters was taken away. Thank you Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
