supportive, understanding and helpful

Saved our lives pretty much. Following my husband's illness and subsequently having to give up his job debts mounted but StepChange talked me through all the options reassuring me all the time that there was a solution. All team members I've spoken to are kind, caring, understanding and above all else reassuring that their is light at the end of the tunnel. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
