helped me get back on track

after Covid hit and my hours got cut I was struggling to pay on time for a couple of months bills kept stacking up and payment holidays were not worth it as interest still accrued increasing the debt, called stepchange and they advised the best payment plan options helped me with my bills and tracking debts and made it all into one simple payment, very knowledgeable about he impact on credit score and what it meant going forward Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
