Helpful, kind, efficient.

I turned to Stepchange when I was diagnosed with metastatic cancer and could no longer work. My income was hugely cut and I could no longer keep up with card payments etc. They were incredible, kind, understanding and within a few weeks they had set up a DMP for me which I’ve managed to stick to for four years. I’m regularly updated with how much money I still owe and receive advice on financial matters. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stepchange to anyone in debt. Reviewed on: 4th September 2021
