These people turned my life around I went through a terrible divorce back and forward to court at the time I was running my own business with my ex husband I tried to stay on top of the solicitor and court fees but in the end It got to much I ended up owing thousands in c cards and when the interest free period ran out I was paying back at least £600 just on bare minimum payments I noticed step change at the bottom of a c card statement and decided to give them a call I cried on the phone the lady was judgemental was calm and set me up with a plan that I now manage Every time I have spoken to Stepchange every different person has been kind helpful and lovely I have done various reviews in my life but never have I felt so strongly about giving a good review Stepchange listened explained sorted and allowed me to get my life back 20 stars if I could give them that x Reviewed on: 27th May 2026

Paypal pay in three live the flexibility!

Pay in three is great I use it all the time ! I don't have credit cards so it gives me the flexibility to pay things without interest but stops me running up debt because it has to be paid off in the three months love it! Reviewed on: 23rd May 2026

Changed my life!

Literally changed my life.. had an expensive divorce.. court fees ran up to thousands put them on c cards. After final court appearance I got a settlement but lost my job as I was in business with my ex husband.. 3 years on was really struggling to clear this divorce debt not helped by c card companies keep pushing up the minimum payment.. Tried my bank whom I've been with for over 40 years.. Never caused them any grief.. Run a great little business with them yet they offered me Nothing...no help no support.. When I finally phoned stepchange.. I cried..the lady I spoke to was so nice.. So unjudgemental. All the people who work at Stepchange are the same.. Every single one of them . I now have an affordable payment plan.. They keep me updated with a monthly statement and a mini news letter with questions that I may have and the answers to explain them.. they offer a quite extrodinary good and helpful service I've already recommended them to 3 people..
