Transferred within minutes!!

Needed a loan as I’ve recently bought a house and needed some extra cash for basics (sofa, washing machine etc), pay off credit cards & to help with payment of my car which was due for its balloon payment. Applied but didn’t think I would get accepted after recently getting a mortgage however was pleased to be told I was accepted and WITHIN MINUTES the money was in my account!! Would highly recommend. StepChange has been a godsend

StepChange has been a godsend for myself. I was unfairly dismissed from my job and an error with HR regarding my last wage meant I literally had 10p to my name. My credit score dramatically decreased as I was unable to pay my bills. StepChange allowed me to start repaying my debt with a token payment plan and when I successfully appealed my dismissal, I was reinstated with my job which has enabled me to start paying the remainder of my debt using a Debt Management Plan. Since, I have seen my credit score increase and overall debt to income ratio improve, I finally feel I will be able to start saving for my first mortgage in the next few years- something I never thought I would be able to achieve. StepChange have been flexible in meering my needs whilst being completely non-judgemental on my situation. I would highly recommend their service to anyone who has unfortunately been in a similar situation to myself. Reviewed on: 5th September 2021
