I honestly could not fault VIDA at all. Yes, it probably took a little bit longer than most, but what do you expect when you are going to a specialist lender The communication I had with them and my broker had with them was over and above what I expected. I could not fault the customer service that I received from them, we are stupidly happy!
Our case went over to appeal in which the senior underwriter and senior members of staff were committed to helping us and needed to know more details. Which when they are lending a large sum of money, they need to do those checked! I will be recommending VIDA to anyone I can if they are in the same situation as we were. Thank you VIDA for making our dream home, a reality.
