Customer service is kind and easy to talk to. Problems or queries get sorted quickly and effectively.

After my student accommodation burnt down in November 2019, the fairness and quick response from the company repaid us our insurance well and were extremely kind and respectful of the situation. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
