Great customer service, but awkward to cancel

Setting up the insurance was easy and straightforward, as was renewing it. I thankfully never had to claim but it was great having the peace of mind that this was there in case I did. When it came to cancelling, however, there's no option to do this online even though the insurance was set up that way. Whilst the customer service team were really helpful over live chat and solved the problem quickly, it felt awkward having to even do this when my renewal was going ahead without my consent. All solved in the end though, so that was the only negative part. Reviewed on: 7th September 2021
