Difficult to cancel and hidden costs

It’s very hard to cancel your policy you can’t do it on the app (feels like this is on purpose to make you put it off). And when you do get a hold of them on the phone they’ll ask your credit card details on the phone to charge you around £110 for cancellation etc madeup fees. Wouldn’t recommend them as they seem sneaky Reviewed on: 8th September 2021
