Great response on my stolen bike

My bike was unfortunately stolen last year but Velosure really took the stress away from the situation getting back to me efficiently and quickly and were sympathetic along the way. The whole process was very easy and excellent customer service! Reviewed on: 7th August 2018

Very timely response to my claim

When my bike was stolen velosure were incredibly sympathetic and kind on the phone, they acknowledged receipt of my documents immediately and my claim was dealt with within days, very impressed. Reviewed on: 30th August 2017
