Great Customer Service and Great Value

I went with Policy Expert as they were the cheapest by a mile on a comparison site I used. They also offered me more cover than I searched for, for a better price. The online account is easy to navigate and find documents which are easy to read and understand. After taking out the policy, I bought a new household item so thought I'd call them to check it was covered. It was very easy to get through to a representative, who amended my policy for me and talked me through all my options in plain English which helped me to understand my choices. I was very impressed with this representative and their overall phone manner and attitude. The cost of my policy was increased but actually for the cover I was now receiving, was still excellent value. Very pleased with the price indeed. I have also used the live chat service to make small admin change to my account and the representative on there was also excellent and the change was completed immediately. Would highly recommend!
