Terrible Service

This company cancelled my insurance based on my no claims being earnt with a previous vehicle, even though I gave them them this information when I purchased the insurance. Nobody contacted me by phone I just received an email saying my insurance was cancelled, just before I was due to commute to work. I called and was asked irrelevant questions about the reasons I sold my previous vehicle and why I wasn't insured for the two week period between selling my previous car and purchasing my new one. Obviously this was because I didn't have a car during that period. This seemed to be an issue and they wanted proof of this. I was told that they couldn't help me and I'd just have to go through the process again online. I would not recommend using this company as their policy's are not logical.
