Takes to long to answer phone

Been dealing with Saga for some years off and on. The only really frustrating factor is waiting so long for one of their team to answer the phone. Hearing that your call is important than waiting for 15 minutes plus makes it very frustrating Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Renewal cheaper than previous year

Have 2 car insurances one fixed for 3 years and the other on a yearly basis. Pleasantly surprised to see this slightly cheaper than the previous year, so that’s good. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021
