Rude money grabbers

If you want a company who are just in it to take your money and enjoy the feeling that the faceless online chat person is there to treat you with derision this is the company for you - putative and not willing to listen - they didn’t see why they should apologise for sending a threatening letter accusing me of being deliberately dishonest about my no claims discount which gave me 2 weeks to pay an excessive admin fee and charge - tough if I would have been on holiday for 2 weeks as some of us do take a 2 week holiday because the charge was going to be taken from the account I’d paid my insurance from and was non refundable!!! The customer according to the on line chat worker is not worthy of apology for their accusation or error as it was the “data base” that contained the wrong information. Was not their fault and most customers are dishonest - so I really hope I don’t have a claim this year given the type of company they are - even if they offered me insurance for a tenner next year I wouldn’t reinsure with them - don’t go near them with a barge pole Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
